This is the largest boulder in Estonia and one of the largest of its kind in the glaciation area of northern Europe. The name is Ehalkivi and it is located in Northern Estonia not far from the town Kunda.
We decided to get close to it but it's a bit of a wetland around it so need to watch out where you step. The sea level needs to be quite low too because it's often surrounded by water. Fortunately for us, it was partly on dry land at the time.
Its circumference is 49.6m, height 7.6m, length 16.6m and it weighs around 2500 tonnes.
Pictures never give you a scale of how large it is so I put myself in the photo with this boulder too. Here you have a great comparison. Pretty cool.
And a coastside photo to show the beauty of the surrounding area
