Chocolate Cake with Pomegranate Seeds

It is always a pleasure for me to start my morning with preparing delicious pastries, especially I like cooking pastries on weekends. This is a tasty and very chocolate cake.

I tried to achieve a rich chocolate taste, for the cake and for this I combined cocoa with dark chocolate.

I also prepared a gentle vanilla cream, which later decorated the chocolate cake with its bright and snow-white color.

The combination of vanilla cream with chocolate taste is a real magic. :)

At the end I added a handful of bright pomegranate.

Ingredients: 100 g butter 120 ml of milk 100 g dark chocolate 3-4 tablespoons cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups of flour

Vanilla cream: 120 g sour cream 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Decorations: handful of pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

Mix soft butter with melted chocolate and sugar. Gradually add milk and mix everything again.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa in a separate bowl. Combine the flour mixture with the chocolate mixture. Knead the dough.

Grease the baking dish with butter and gently put the dough. Bake a chocolate cake at a temperature of 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

To make vanilla cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Vanilla cream put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Decorate chocolate cake with vanilla cream and pomegranate seeds.
