Time to start new series on my blog - photo relation from our summer cartrip to Romania.
First stop - Oradea
As I mentioned, Oradea was the first city we visited during our trip to Romania at the end of August this year... Actually, it was our first overnight stay – because we were able to reach Romania from Masuria in one day 🙂. And it seemed like an exotic and very distant country...
Oradea made a very positive impression on us. The number and state of preservation of the monuments, the interesting, varied architecture, the abundance of greenery, the number of people on the streets, the open bars, cafes and restaurants. Add to that the cleanliness and feeling of safety, which is unfortunately difficult to find in some Western European countries these days...
This gallery begins a series in which I will try to present this country through my lens and my observations recorded during my week-long trip. I hope you'll follow along – if you want more, there's always the option to support my YouTube channel and access the closed website... I won't describe specific places here in terms of history, details, etc. – it's all on Wikipedia, and there's no point in copying the data.
My first impression of this place was very positive, and even after a full day of traveling, I didn't want to go back to my room because the atmosphere there was truly positive!
