I was doing some photo archiving last night when I stumbled upon this piano...
I am sure anyone with the slight interest in photography would not be able to resist photographing this piano.
In fact, I had to wait quite a while before I had a "clean" scene with no people to compose my photo. Obviously, such a scene let one's creative juices kick in. I wanted to photograph it as an interesting place to remember but at the same time emphasise the weirdness of this scene. I decided on using my infrared camera. The wind was blowing quite strong because of the storm that was approaching which created huge distracting ripples on the water. I decided to add my 10 stop ND filter to drag the exposure and therefore smooth the water.
(Technical detail: Fujifilm X=T1; 14mm Fujinon lens; Aperture: F8; Exposure time:18 Seconds.)
(I published this also in Weku yesterday)
