Still Eating Fresh, From The Garden!

I was away for the weekend, at a Craft Fair, selling my images. When I arrived home, I had a pleasant surprise, to find a couple of small Orange Pepper, plus some Purple Pepper. I grabbed a small onion, and some Purple Carrot and a Yellow Carrot.  Roasted Vegetables The veggies form the garden, Oven Roasted with some Olive Oil at 375. I sprinkled a little Garlic Powder (sorry, @dreemsteem, not trying to make you get hives) The Asparagus is *not* from my Garden. it has a very long growing season and we expected to move, by now, so I did NOT plant it. I will, when we get to our final resting place.  Sirloin Steak Tips! I cut Sirloin Tips into smaller pieces, and seasoned with a Montreal Steak Rub (paprika, cracked black and green pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Greek oregano and coriander).  Tips are a PERFECT Rare! I prefer RARE when cooking Beef or Bison. At worst, it may cook a little longer (I try to plan around it and pull it a tad early). I tend to cut the pieces so that there are slightly thinner pieces, too and my family knows they can grab those slices, for Medium Rare. Dinner Is Served!  Sirloin Steak Tips, Oven Roasted Vegetables, and Rice Pilaf. I am certain in a week or three, maybe, most of the vegetable plants will not be producing. At some point, I will definitely make a post with a video about ALL of the harvests. In the meantime, I am enjoying picking fresh food for serving my family and giving away some to friends and family.
