Today, I go to lunch with colleague, and we decide eat noodle instead rice, sometime we also need to change the food =))
I hear that the owner of noodle shop is Chinese, so all the dishes of shop bring China color, from the menu to the way the decorate the shop. At the cashier i also see they stick some compose parallel sentences by Chinese language.
The menu translated to 3 language: Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
The menu of shop not much of dishes, they don't have book menu like other restaurant, they have poster menu and stick it on the wall like this: Include noodle menu and drink menu
I chose for myself Dumpling noodle soup, this soup include baby pak choi, noodle and dumpling, the material make this soup very simple
I like dumpling most, soft and bold taste, but when I order this dishes, it's only have a bit of dumpling. I think when I go back the noodle shop in the next time, I only order dumpling to eat.
And my colleague, she ordered braised beef noodle soup, it's look more delicious than dumpling noodle soup.
At lunch, many officer from office building around here go to have lunch, the noodle shop quite crowded so when we order, we must wait for long time a little bit. The staff is the owner, the husband and wife, they do all work from order, make disher to service the food or clean the table, i think it's small noodle shop so they can do anything,
Anyway, we have good lunch today, and I will come back here when I want to noodle, it's quite near my company!
