So yesterday was supposed to be a leg day. But with my previous antics, I didn’t want to stress my body, although I didn’t feel tired or whatsoever. I know I haven’t caught up with sleep yet but better safe than sorry. I also was lazy to stretch and warm up so that’s one more reason to skip. Well, I mean to skip leg day, but I still do something else. I didn’t want to do anything heavy so I settled with spending an hour on the treadmill. I didn’t really do anything else yesterday besides being on my desk working and then go to the gym, but I was still able to hit 10k steps. I’ve been surprising myself these past few days I’m starting to feel like I should expect something will happen again lol. But that was it for yesterday.
