A typhoon was forecasted to pass the coast central Tokyo yesterday. It was supposed to be a hurricane level 2. However! It didn’t really feel like a typhoon was coming. It was more like a normal gloomy day with occasional rain showers. No lightning or thunder too. And not even windy.
I am supposed to go to the office every friday but due to the forecast, I worked from home instead. So I went to the gym after work. Chest and Triceps yesterday.
Unintentionally hit a PR in inclined bench press with dumbbells! It was because someone else took the 16kg dumbbells so I had to jump to 18kgs from 14kgs instead. I surprised myself I was able to hit 4reps. Yay!
Anyway here’s my routine yesterday.
Also did 30mins on the treadmill. Inclined walk and run.
I think I need to update my app as the step count still resets to zero. So here’s my step count from yesterday instead.
