It’s been a long time. Anyone into running? I had my longest run and new personal best today! Yay 🥳 However! My phone analytics says I was maintaining zone 4 for 30mins lol 💀 But my strava says it was zone 3 for about the same time 💀 Although I must say I am still new to running but are these normal? lol Do you maintain at least zone 3 when running? Should I calibrate my heart rate analysis settings? If so, anyone know how to do it on iphone? I have so many questions hahaha Screenshots below lol
