Hallo actifitters
Yesterday was a normal workday. At lunchtime I went shopping for some groceries for my wife for the hospital. In the evening we went to visit her, and then my daughter went to visit her grandmother for an hour. I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and go for a run, as I hadn't run since Saturday.
