Yesterday was a great day for me, two and a half months ago I started running. And finally the time came for me to run my first half marathon.The longest run I've done so far was 11km on August 5th.Yesterday, reaching 13-14 km, I thought about whether to take a stop, I would still improve my longest run, but I decided not to give up and I did it, and I managed to run 21.3 km in 2 and a half hours.
I'm very happy with myself, I felt good, I burned about 2500 calories and lost over 3 liters of sweat. But I had started with 2.5 liters of water in my backpack, so I was able to compensate and I didn't get dehydrated.
