There was this time after COVID, when I was sicker than ever, had permanent bronchitis and arthritis and hardly couldn’t manage to walk a hundred meters… A constant abvicious circle of weight gaining, even more aching, even more standstill, more weight and so on … Now - after losing 36 pounds and restarting working out and running I feel so so so good!!! I still hate to start, but I love to walk. Once you’re on track, hormones kicking in, music pumping loudly … YES! So I would like to share my running course with you guys. I prefer the evening hours, when nobody else is out there. Just me. My dog. Some bats. --> Kilometers walked: 5 --> Friends on my way: bats (fast as hell), horses (friendly and curious), common toads (tiny little cuties) --> Favourite music: Culcha Candela „Von allein“, Rachel Platten „Fight Song“, The Script „Hall of Fame“
