Usually when walking or running I need pumping loud music with a good driving g rhythm to get pushed. But today was a gym-day and when you make a look down to today’s favorite music you may wonder how this can be suitable to exercising. I’m gonna tell you: It is! How? Well, for gym-exercises I very often chose nice, calm, very harmonious and melodious music. When my favorite pieces start to sound a ton of hormones flood my system so every workout feels like wellness! So - thats how it works for me. Working out then always is performed with a big smile on my face and accompanied by me singing along loudly and out of tune. Wich is another reason why I most of the time try to be alone in the gym ;-)
