Good evening my lovely Actifit-community! I hope you had a successful day with lots of steps and activities. As for myself I can tell you - I had! But first the not so nice part of today’s walk: dammed - how humid and sticky the air was! With my normal running clothes it was way too hot. Maybe I am spoiled with the nice weather we had the last weeks over here. But now for the good stuff. So, we all know, exercising is worth nothing without improving.And today it just happened - without planning, without wanting - it just happened: When the running app called the first kilometer I changed from walking to running. Like for about 200 m. Goodness!!! Well, the new benchmark was set: 200 m of running every 1000 meters from now on - wich means a fifth of the distance is to be run for the next 4 weeks.
