Staff Meal Lunch: Kerabu Maggi and Soy Sauce Chicken with Black Fungus
Mama Lek made lunch again the other day and it was a super delicious meal of Kerabu Maggi and a side chicken dish of soy sauce chicken cooked with black fungus.
Believe it or not it's my first time having Kerabu Maggi. Not many places serve it to begin with so it's quite hard to find and not easily accessible.
It was spicy, tangy, slightly sweet, and savory. It had various bright ingredients like onions, carrots, chili, coriander, and white fungus. Every bite was so appetising and paired with the hearty and warm soy sauce chicken was so delicious. What a combination go flavors!
Definitely craving this and a mental record for content to create in the future. Gotta cook this one day for my friends and family.
