Hey Actifiters!
Yesterday was a pretty fun day. My family went to church in the morning, then to Costco for lunch and some shopping. We met up with some friends from church for dinner and some play time at the park. It was really nice to be able to hang out with friends and enjoy the nice weather.
I ended up playing some touch football with flip, another dad, and some of the other kids from the group. Am not much of a football person. Had to kind of laugh because here I am playing with my son and neither of us really know much about football. But it was a great way to be active and have fun with my son and others. Though I certainly am feeling the fact that I was running around quite a bit in my legs today lol
