Hey Actifiters!
I was certainly tired and dragging for most of the morning. I intended to get to bed at a decent time last night, but for some reason didn't end up hitting the pillow until about 11:00 p.m. some nights it seems like there is just too much to get done in the time that I have in the evening.
It was a beautiful day for a walk though, so I took a little bit of an early lunch and got my steps in around the duck pond. The physical activity was a good boost for my energy and helped me focus the rest of the day
