Hey Actifiters!
I did not make time for a walk yesterday and spent far too much time sitting at my desk working. And I certainly felt it. It was a good reminder to me at physical health and being active needs to be something I prioritize everyday.
Today I was thankful to to nice sunbreak during my lunch went for a walk. Was much needed and I felt a lot better after I had gotten my steps in. It boosted my energy and helped me get through the rest of the work day.
