Y en esta oportunidad les traigo una rutina básica de empuje que todos pueden realizar sin necesidad de tener ninguna máquina, barra o equipamiento sin más que decir ¡Vamos a ello!

>Esta rutina constará en realizar ejercicios básicos de empuje que no necesiten ningún equipamiento o barra, solo usaremos el suelo y una caja o silla, en esta rutina vamos a trabajar los músculos, hombros, tríceps y pecho.
This routine will consist of performing basic push exercises that do not need any equipment or bar, we will only use the floor and a box or chair, in this routine we will work the muscles, shoulders, triceps and chest. --- ¡RUTINA!

Estos serían los ejercicios que vamos a realizar, haremos 4 variaciones de flexiones las cuales vamos a repetir por 3 veces con un descanso de 1 min-2 min. Las repeticiones sí las deben ajustar a su nivel de fuerza, pero sería recomendable que hagan de 8-12 reps. >These would be the exercises that we are going to do, we will do 4 push-up variations which we are going to repeat 3 times with a 1min-2min break.
