>La rutina de espalda consta de 5 ejercicios en los cuales vamos a trabajar los músculos (dorsal, trapecio, redondos, mayor y menor, deltoides posterior y los bíceps). Vamos a realizar los ejercicios de mayor a menor dificultad manteniendo la misma intensidad para que así tengamos una buena activación muscular y a su vez podamos tener buenos resultados.
The back routine consists of 5 exercises in which we will work the muscles (lats, trapezius, round, major and minor, rear deltoids and biceps).
