Y en esta oportunidad les traigo una rutina para que marquen y tonifiquen sus abdominales con ejercicios de su propio peso corporal que pueden realizar los principiantes e intermedios.

>Estos ejercicios que van a realizar con su propio peso corporal son los ejercicios mágicos para marcar y tonificar tus abdominales y que puedes realizar en cualquier momento y lugar, solo debes de guindarse a una barra o tuvo y realizar estos ejercicios de manera controlada.
