Hola bella comunidad de SWC y a todos mis compañeros de HIVE espero que se encuentren muy bien, es un placer compartir con ustedes mi nueva publicación del día de hoy, espero que sea de su agrado. Alejándome un poco de la rutina diaria, decidí ir a la piscina junto a mi compañero de entrenamiento, ya que el día estaba perfecto para despejar la mente. Al llegar, nos quedamos un rato conversando mientras se hacía un poco más tarde para no quemarnos tanto con el sol. Y fue así, muy literalmente, porque cuando entramos a la piscina se nubló el cielo y empezó a hacer frío. Aun así, estuvimos nadando, saltando al agua y aprendiendo a clavarnos mejor, ya que no somos precisamente grandes nadadores.

Hello, beautiful SWC community and all my HIVE colleagues, I hope you're all doing well. It's a pleasure to share with you my new post today. I hope you enjoy it. Breaking away from my daily routine, I decided to go to the pool with my training partner, as the day was perfect for clearing my mind. Upon arrival, we chatted for a while while it got a little later so we wouldn't get too sunburned. It was literally like that, because when we got into the pool, the sky clouded over and it started to get cold. Even so, we swam, jumped into the water, and learned how to dive better, since we're not exactly great swimmers.

Después de un rato nos dio hambre, como si no hubiéramos almorzado, así que compramos algunas cosas para comer. No tomé fotos porque del hambre se me olvidó, jajaja. Al cabo de unas tres horas en la piscina comenzó a llover, pero no le dimos importancia porque ya estábamos dentro del agua y era indiferente. Para matar el aburrimiento jugamos un rato voleibol y, cuando agarré un poco más de calor, decidí intentar un handstand para no perder la costumbre.

After a while, we got hungry, as if we hadn't had lunch, so we bought some things to eat. I didn't take any pictures because I was so hungry that I forgot, hahaha. After about three hours in the pool, it started to rain, but we didn't mind it because we were already in the water and it didn't matter. To kill the boredom, we played volleyball for a while, and when I got a little warmer, I decided to try a handstand to stay in the habit.

Como no había una barra para practicar estáticos, me apoyé en un muro e hice un front straddle. No quise hacerlo a máxima intensidad porque, entre el frío de la piscina, la lluvia y el hecho de no haber calentado lo suficiente, preferí reservar energías para evitar molestias en la espalda. También intentamos hacer full planche bajo el agua, solo para experimentar cómo era el movimiento. Fue muy extraño, ya que el agua nos movía demasiado.

Since there wasn't a bar to practice static exercises, I leaned against a wall and did a front straddle. I didn't want to do it at full intensity because, between the cold of the pool, the rain, and the fact that I hadn't warmed up enough, I preferred to save my energy to avoid back pain. We also tried a full planche underwater, just to experience what the movement was like. It was very awkward, as the water was moving us too much.

Lamentablemente no salió en la foto porque la cámara no ayudaba mucho y habría sido raro subir una imagen sin sentido de alguien bajo el agua. En conclusión, debemos entrenar fuerte y dar lo mejor de nosotros, pero también es importante divertirnos de vez en cuando, ya que un buen entrenamiento también merece un descanso.

Unfortunately, it didn't make it into the photo because the camera wasn't very helpful, and it would have been weird to upload a pointless image of someone underwater. In conclusion, we must train hard and give our best, but it's also important to have fun from time to time, as a good workout also deserves a break.
