Hola bella comunidad de SWC y a todos mis compañeros de HIVE espero que se encuentren muy bien, es un placer compartir con ustedes mi nueva publicación del día de hoy, espero que sea de su agrado. Hoy por la tarde, me tocó mi turno en la barbería. La verdad es que fue uno de esos días súper tranquilos, sin la locura habitual. Como no había mucho movimiento y ya estaba al día con las cosas, decidí darme un respiro. Hacía meses que no lo hacía, pero aproveché para relajarme un rato jugando en el teléfono mientras esperábamos que dieran las 6:00 p.m. para ir a entrenar. Fue un momento de desconexión justo antes de la acción, ¡y se sintió genial recargar energías con algo tan simple!

Hello, beautiful SWC community and all my HIVE colleagues, I hope you're all doing well. It's a pleasure to share my new post with you today. I hope you enjoy it. This afternoon, it was my turn at the barbershop. It was one of those super-calm days, without the usual craziness. Since there wasn't much going on and I was already caught up on things, I decided to take a break. I hadn't done that in months, but I took the opportunity to relax for a while by playing on my phone while we waited for 6:00 p.m. to hit the road to train. It was a moment of disconnection just before the action, and it felt great to recharge with something so simple!

Llegar a las barritas de Miguel siempre es la mejor parte del día, y más cuando entrenas con el Clan Anzus Strong. Para mí, no son solo compañeros de entrenamiento; son mis hermanos del alma. Lo que mas me gusta es que entre todos nos corregimos errores y eso hace que el ambiente siempre es increíble. Hoy, mi enfoque principal fue el front lever. Estuvimos dándole duro con aguantes, negativas y pull-ups para seguir fortaleciendo. Es brutal ver cómo cada uno se esfuerza y se supera día a día.

Getting to Miguel's bars is always the best part of the day, especially when you're training with the Anzus Strong Clan. For me, they're not just training partners; they're my soul mates. What I like most is that we all correct each other's mistakes, and that always makes the atmosphere amazing. Today, my main focus was on the front lever. We were working hard with holds, dips, and pull-ups to keep getting stronger. It's amazing to see how everyone pushes themselves and improves day by day.

Lo que más me gusta es el ambiente que se forma. Es muy divertido compartir tiempo con los muchachos, tanto con los integrantes más viejos como yo, que llevamos tiempo en esto, hasta con los nuevos mini-atletas que estamos preparando. Ver su entusiasmo y cómo se integran me motiva un montón. Sinceramente, me siento súper orgulloso de todos y del power que le metemos. Somos una familia que se apoya y crece junta, y eso es lo que hace que cada entrenamiento valga la pena, aun recuerdo cuando empezamos a entrenar unos 4 o 5 y me alegra que actualente ya casi llegamos a 20 atletas entre los estudiantes de Miguel @mclionblack-sw y el resto de los muchachos y me siento orgulloso por la actividad cada vez mas frecuentes de los atletas del municipio Michelena.

What I like most is the atmosphere it creates. It's so fun spending time with the kids, both with the older members like myself, who have been doing this for a while, and with the new mini-athletes we're training. Seeing their enthusiasm and how they integrate motivates me a lot. Honestly, I'm super proud of everyone and the power we put into it. We're a family that supports each other and grows together, and that's what makes every training session worthwhile. I still remember when we started training with just four or five of us, and I'm happy that we're now almost at 20 athletes, including Miguel's students @mclionblack-sw and the rest of the kids. I'm proud of the increasingly active athletes from the Michelena municipality.
