Cumpleaños de Lili 😊 | Siguen las celebraciones y las tortas [ES][EN]

¡Llegó el cumpleaños de Lili! Ya casi se cierra el ciclo de cumpleaños de mi grupo de amigos pasteleros. Todos cumplimos años en diferentes meses y eso ha hecho que pasemos todo el año celebrando y comiendo, pero la verdad no estamos tristes por eso jajaja. De este grupo de amigos, Lili fue la primera con la que hice amistad. Nos conocimos hace unos años cuando decidimos estudiar pastelería de manera profesional y coincidimos en el mismo grupo. Como vivimos muy cerca, nos veníamos caminando de la academia de cocina y ese tiempo permitió que nos pudiéramos conocer y hasta el día de hoy se ha mantenido una amistad sincera. > Lili's birthday is here! It's almost the end of the birthday cycle for my group of baking friends. We all have birthdays in different months and that has made us spend the whole year celebrating and eating, but we're not really sad about it hahaha. Of this group of friends, Lili was the first one I became friends with. We met a few years ago when we decided to study pastry professionally and we were in the same group. As we live very close, we were walking from the cooking academy and that time allowed us to get to know each other and to this day we have maintained a sincere friendship.  Le agarramos gusto a ir al centro comercial a comer y solo sentarnos a conversar. No todo el grupo se ve cada semana, ya que algunos no continuamos los estudios de cocina salada, y estas actividades permiten ponernos al día más allá de lo que se pueda hablar por mensajes. El centro comercial al que vamos es tranquilo, hay buena comida, buenos precios y nos permiten el espacio en la feria de comida. > We got a taste for going to the mall for lunch and just sitting and talking. Not all of the group sees each other every week, as some of us are not continuing our studies in savory cooking, and these activities allow us to catch up beyond what we can talk about over text messages. The mall we go to is quiet, there is good food, good prices, and they allow us space at the food fair.   Cada cumpleañero decide qué comida se va a comer, aunque cada quien es libre de comprar en base a sus gustos o basándose en lo que puede comer. Esta vez todos comieron hamburguesas y shawarmas de un lugar que tiene buen precio y la comida tiene buena calidad, que pudiera mejorar, pero ya son detalles menores. Yo compré una hamburguesa de carne con una salsa especial de mostaza, garbanzos y miel que de verdad estaba bastante buena. > Each birthday boy or girl decides what food they are going to eat, although everyone is free to buy based on their tastes or based on what they can eat. This time everyone had hamburgers and shawarmas from a place that has a good price and good quality food, which could be improved, but these are minor details. I bought a beef burger with a special sauce of mustard, chickpeas and honey that was really good.  Lili de verdad es querida por todos, ya que no faltaron las tortas en la mesa y másimportante, no faltó nadie del grupo. Una torta de naranja, una torta de maracuyá y una torta de guanábana. Todas estaban perfectas de sabor, yo me comí todo ahí mismo jajaja a pesar de que estaba saturado de comer torta porque recién había estado en un examen de pastelería. Pero es imposible resistirse a tortas cuándo están tan buenas. Dentro de poco se viene otro cumpleaños, pero en ese creo que las cosas van a cambiar, pero ya eso se los contaré luego. > Lili is truly loved by all, as there was no shortage of cakes on the table and more importantly, no one from the group was missing. An orange cake, a passion fruit cake and a soursop cake. They were all perfect in taste, I ate them all right there hahaha even though I was saturated from eating cake because I had just been in a pastry exam. But it's impossible to resist cakes when they are so good. Another birthday is coming soon, but I think things are going to change on that one, but I'll tell you about that later.  Los años pasan, amistades van y vienen, y otras se quedan. Independientemente, me gusta disfrutar cada cumpleaños junto a mis amistades y se los celebro dando lo mejor de mi. Si el día de mañana, por cuestión de la vida, ya no estamos todos juntos, los recuerdos bonitos y graciosos quedan, pero si seguimos juntos, estas celebraciones son las anécdotas que contaremos en cada reunión. Mejor disfrutar cada día que lamentarse. > Years go by, friendships come and go, and others stay. Regardless, I like to enjoy every birthday with my friends and celebrate them by giving them the best of me. If tomorrow, as a matter of life, we are no longer all together, the beautiful and funny memories remain, but if we are still together, these celebrations are the anecdotes that we will tell at each meeting.
