Today was a busy day, lots of walking back and forth to meetings around campus, nit a lot of fun with that, but necessary things to get done.
Other than that, I was able to get a quick workout in, starting with a nice warmup set on the rowing machine, some bodyweight squats and some other good stuff.
The workout started with deadlifts,followed by goblet squats and step ups. After that was some Russian twists and plank shoulder taps. A good full body workout.
