Another busy day around campus! Lots of walking to meetings, four different buildings today, then walked a block down the way to a store to get some protein shakes.
They were needed for the workout that I did, push pull sets in the weightroom. Shoulder presses, tricep extensions, dumbbell bench press, and push-ups. The second circuit was dumbbell rows, rear delt raises, barbell curls, and Russian twists, I am pretty sure I am going to be sore tomorrow.
