Today, I became very busy with students back on campus. Walked a couple around to find classes. Talked to a few different people, tracked down professors for questions, you know good times with lots of walking.
I did make it to the weightroom, which was nice. Started with deadlifts, followed by goblin squats, Romanian deadlifts, and step ups. The second circuit was Russian twists, plank k with shoulder taps, and medicine ball smash. It was a good full body workout.
