Today was a day spent in the office, four hours of meetings, not a lot of fun. I did get out and about after that, which was a good thing got some walking in.
However, I was able to get a workout in today. Started with some dumbbell shoulder presses, incline bench followed by some delt raises, which were hurting. Then I got into some arms, two different curls followed by two tricep exercises. Finished with core work, Russian twists, plans, and medicine ball slams.
