Today was a good day for activity.
Started with a round of disc golf, not as good as it has been for the score, but it was good weather, so that is a nice win!
Then I got some things done around the house and did some shopping, then putting those items away.
Lastly, it was going to an event to celebrate the completion of the Japanese Quilt Project. I ended up grilling food and helping with cleanup, so lots more activity.
Throw in some stretching throughout the day and you are good to go!
