Today was an okay day, I did have to walk around campus a few times, along with the shoulder being tender and the knee hurting.
I was able to get into the weightroom and do a nice recovery workout. Started with some dynamic stretching that included arm circles and cat cows. Then it went into some squats, stepups, and glute bridges. After that was some core work with dead bugs and bird dogs. I finished with three sessions on the rowing machine with walking in between.
