Today was not too bad, stuck in my office for a good chunk of it, I dis get some walking around, not as much as I would have liked.
Kind of figured out the shoulder, torn bicep where it meets the shoulder, so no presses for a while. I was able to spend a good amount of time on a rowing machine that did not affect my shoulder, so that is good. At least I can still get some stuff going on.
Then when I got home, I did some housework and got ready for tomorrow.
