Today became a busy day, started out with a decent sleep, followed by finally getting a good cup of coffee.
While waiting on the coffee, I did three sets of push-ups and some stretching. Then, throughout the day I sis some cleaning and the dishes.
After that, went and played eighteen holes of disc golf, so a couple of miles of walking, finished right as twilight was coming down, no vampires though!
When I got home from that i was able to do some curls and overhead presses. I tried to throw some squats in there but after one my knee said, nope!
