Today's thoughts

I can't believe it's been two years since I last posted on this blog! It's also been four years since my last body transformation.

I think what helped make my last transformation successful was keeping a diary. It helped me reflect on my progress, and publishing my journal on a blog kept me publically accountable.

So now I'm going again. I'm giving myself three months to get into the best shape possible. I've recruited an online personal trainer who has provided me with an incredible workout and nutrition plan catered to my goals. I'll be doing the workouts at home with the available equipment. All that is left is for me to get to it!
