Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️. Por aquí, reportándome con el resumen de la jornada de entrenamiento de ayer, martes, el segundo día fuerte de la semana. ​Ayer, a eso de las 6:10 PM, ya estaba saliendo directo al parque de barras. La mochila iba cargada como siempre: mis minis-paralelas, el trípode para grabar y analizar, la banda elástica, el cubo de magnesio y, claro, la corneta Bluetooth para ponerle ambiente. Nada más llegar, el saludo de rigor con los panas y a calentar. Empecé de una vez con los estiramientos para preparar el cuerpo, porque la rutina de fuerza venía con un enfoque súper claro en los power moves de Full Planche. ​La sesión inició con unas series de prueba, concentrado en los Full Planche Push Up y los Front Lever Pull Up. ¡Y ojo! Los resultados fueron bastante mejores que la última vez, lo cual motiva un montón. Sin embargo, tengo que ser honesto: en los Planche Push Up me costó un poco la transición, específicamente lograr y completar de forma satisfactoria un Press to Handstand. Es la parte donde hay que seguir metiéndole caña. ​Después de las pruebas iniciales, seguí con los combos, manteniendo siempre ese target de fuerza, ya fuera en suelo, en la barra o con las mini-paralelas. Se habrán dado cuenta de que, en ciertos combos, incluí algunas variantes del Front Lever Pull Up. ​Finalmente, la rutina se extendió hasta cerca de las 8:40 PM, donde decidí rematar la sesión con las últimas series de Full Planche Push Up. Con eso, di por terminada la rutina. Recogí todo el equipo y a casa directo a descansar, que era más que merecido. ​Seguramente se preguntaron por qué en esta ocasión no practiqué los trucos dinámicos en la barra alta. El tema fue que los callos de las manos me estaban dando un poco de molestias, así que, con cabeza fría, decidí dejarlo de lado por esa vez. La idea es no forzar y poder retomarlos al día siguiente con los callos al cien. ​¡Listo! Eso es todo por ahora. Nos vemos a la próxima, Brothers.
Greetings to the entire #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️. Here I am, reporting with a summary of yesterday's training session, Tuesday, the second intense day of the week. Yesterday, at around 6:10 PM, I was already heading straight to the bar park. My backpack was loaded as usual: my mini parallel bars, the tripod for recording and analyzing, the elastic band, the magnesium cube, and, of course, the Bluetooth speaker to set the mood. As soon as I arrived, I greeted my friends and started warming up. I started right away with stretches to prepare my body, because the strength routine had a very clear focus on Full Planche power moves. The session began with a series of tests, focusing on Full Planche Push Ups and Front Lever Pull Ups. And watch out! The results were much better than last time, which is really motivating. However, I have to be honest: I struggled a bit with the transition in the Planche Push Ups, specifically achieving and successfully completing a Press to Handstand. That's the part where I need to keep pushing myself. After the initial tests, I continued with the combos, always maintaining that strength target, whether on the floor, on the bar, or on the mini-parallel bars. You may have noticed that, in certain combos, I included some variations of the Front Lever Pull Up. Finally, the routine lasted until around 8:40 PM, when I decided to finish the session with the last set of Full Planche Push Ups. With that, I ended the routine. I packed up all the equipment and headed home to rest, which was well deserved. You're probably wondering why I didn't practice the dynamic tricks on the high bar this time. The thing is, the calluses on my hands were bothering me a little, so I decided to skip it this time.
