Ayer martes (11 de junio de 2024) empecé con el entrenamiento, con pruebas de resistencia isométrica de ejercicios avanzados teniendo como base (Front Lver y Full Planche) pero lo quise poner más énfasis a lo que tenga que ver con "jale".
Esta vez si logre mostrar un mejor desempeño al "aguante" de estos ejercicios base, pero sigo teniendo problemas con el "Front Lver one arm" que aún no logro aguantar los 3 segundos, aun si estoy consiguiendo entender esa postura que quiero por lo que no queda más que seguir esforzándome hasta conseguir dominarlo.
***Resumen de entrenamiento***
***1)*** 12 segundos en (Front Lever).
***2)*** 30 segundos en (Full Planche).
***3)*** combos en barra Ăşnica.

Yesterday Tuesday (June 11, 2024) I started with training, with isometric endurance testing of advanced exercises having as base (Front Lver and Full Planche) but I wanted to put more emphasis on what has to do with "pull".
This time if I managed to show a better performance to the "hold" of these base exercises, but I still have problems with the "Front Lver one arm" I still can not hold the 3 seconds, even if I'm getting to understand that position I want so there is nothing more to do but continue to strive to master it.
***Summary of training***
***1)*** 12 seconds in (Front Lever).
***2)*** 30 seconds on (Full Planche).
***3)*** single bar combos.
