Iniciando este lunes de esta semana con ejercicios y combos de "pull Up". En esta ocasión logré hacer 15 dominadas en "front lever" 2 dominadas más que la última vez.

Con respecto a resistencia isométrica en "front Lever" llegué a los 29 segundos ⏱️. Estable en comparación a la semana pasada.

Anteriormente, ya había hecho "front lever one arm" pero con una técnica mucho más lesiva, por lo que ahora lo estoy retomando con otra manera de poder hacer el ejercicio y la verdad me siento un poco más cómodo.
