En este video les muestro parte del entrenamiento de (9 de enero, 2024), enfocado a "pull up", esta vez tuve una cierta mejora de resistencia, sumando 3 segundos más en front lever con respecto a la semana anterior y así mismo también a los demás ejercicios que pueden ver en el vídeo.
