¡Qué onda, Brothers!
Luego de un buen descanso ayer, volví hoy al ruedo con las baterías a tope. Al caer la tarde y ya estar libre, me di una ducha rápida, me aliste y agarré mis minis-paralelas para irme directo al parque de barras. Lo que no esperaba era la sorpresa que me llevé al llegar: ¡habían desmantelado varios techos y kioscos! Pero lo peor de todo es que se llevaron nuestras queridas paralelas, esas que nos han acompañado desde que empezamos a entrenar calistenia en la zona. Por suerte, gracias a que la gente corrió la voz, los panas lograron recuperarlas y guardarlas en un lugar seguro por ahora. ¡Un alivio total!
Ya sabiendo lo acontecido, y después de un buen estiramiento, me metí de lleno en el entrenamiento de hoy que fue de fuerza enfocado a isométricos de Full Planche, aunque también metí guantes de variantes complicadas de Front Lever en algunas series para no perder el toque. Y debo decirles, ¡me sentí mucho mejor que la última vez! Desde las primeras series noté que mi aguante mejoró para bien. Los segundos que aguanté tanto en el Front Lever como en la Full Planche fueron más de lo que esperaba, y lo mejor de todo es que la lesión de mis codos y mi hombro izquierdo se sintieron mucho mejor, lo que me permitió ejecutar los ejercicios sin tanto problema.
Terminé de entrenar cerca de las 8:45 p.m. Nos fuimos todos del parque con la tranquilidad de que, al menos por ahora, las barras están a salvo gracias a la gente que se movió a tiempo. Nos vemos en la próxima Brothers. ¡A SEGUIR ENTRENANDO!

After a good rest yesterday, I returned to the fray today with my batteries fully charged. As evening fell and I was free, I took a quick shower, got ready, and grabbed my mini-parallel bars to go straight to the park. What I didn't expect was the surprise I got when I arrived: they had dismantled several roofs and kiosks! But worst of all, they took our beloved parallel bars, the ones that have been with us since we started training calisthenics in the area. Luckily, thanks to word of mouth, my friends managed to recover them and store them in a safe place for now. What a relief!
Knowing what had happened, and after a good stretch, I threw myself into today's training, which was strength training focused on Full Planche isometrics, although I also included gloves with complicated Front Lever variations in some sets so as not to lose my touch. And I must say, I felt much better than last time! From the first sets, I noticed that my endurance had improved for the better. The seconds I held both the Front Lever and the Full Planche were more than I expected, and best of all, my elbow and left shoulder injuries felt much better, allowing me to perform the exercises without too much trouble.
I finished training around 8:45 p.m. We all left the park with peace of mind knowing that, at least for now, the bars are safe thanks to the people who took action in time. See you next time, Brothers. KEEP TRAINING!
