Despite wanting to catch up on some sleep, I found myself early at the gym for a workout as I had a long day of chores and some work ahead. It all started with getting some measurements done as it has been a month since I last did it. Unfortunately, things are going in the wrong direction which caught me offguard. It also hurt my motivation for the workout which made the next hour a struggle.
Today was the beginning of the new phase of my weight training which was longer than usual. I took some more rest between sets but I was not in the best mindset given the measurement results. It has me wondering where I need to adjust although I believe it all has to do with my poor dieting decision over the last month. Fast forward, it was also a busy day as I had to get some chores done once I got back home with some time at my desk in the afternoon for some work items.
