I got the week started early today as I needed to given a full day of meetings. It will be like this most of the week so I will need to get used to it. I decided to go for some cardio today so went to the gym for the treadmill. I worked on an increasing pace jog which I thought would be an easy workout to start the week.
I was surprised to struggle through the second half of the run as I picked up the pace. While I ended up around 4 miles of distance, my legs were pretty banged up. I had some time still so headed to the Spa for some recovery which included the Cold Plunge. It helped me reset my body with needed energy for the long day that it ended up being.
