I started early again today with a trip to the gym. I was rushing a bit through my lower body focused lifting session as I needed to get back early for work. Luckily, the middle part of the day was a bit easy so it allowed me to get outside for a quick walk to get more activity.
I started my meals earlier today as I have been thinking about eating soon after my workouts to better feed the body and see if that helps my recovery a bit better. I continue to adapt to how I feel as I am still ignoring the scale for the most part although next week I will get additional metrics to measure my progress.
