Traveled with the family back home to handle some business as we had to items to deal with on some growth aspects for the family. Had some quick meetings during the day before spending the rest of the afternoon and evening with the family. It was a good day for some active recovery activity while traveling. Running through the airport got plenty done on it’s own.
I did get to have some time in the evening to get some stretching done in addition to some core training. It was hot so got a sweat from that additional active recovery. I hope the body appreciates it as I will need to catch up on sleep as it was lacking overnight given the travel. It will be back quickly so making the most of the time with the family as we can!
