I was up a bit early as I had some good sleep last night at the family home. After a cup of coffee, I headed to the track to do some intervals and try a new workout. However, I was surprised to see that the local track was under reconstruction. I was disappointed but recalling my last time here, I knew it was really needed as the age was clear. Hopefully, it will be ready for next time around which will likely be before the end of the year.
That made me head back go for a run through my normal route. I originally wanted to avoid it given the traffic and heat along the way. I got back for a cold shower as the heat was drenching me with sweat. After finally cooling down, I had my last meeting of the weekend for our project before spending time with the family for the rest of the day.
