I had forgotten about getting an extra hour of sleep this morning which worked pretty well as it completed a great weekend of sleep and rest. This also helped accelerate some well needed recovery for my mind and body. It did not stop there as I got some more today as I had time for myself to help prepare for the week ahead. I went to the gym later morning to take my time with a good workout.
It was focused on my lower body but I kept it heavy while having good stretches in between. I also had a good warm up and cooldown on the treadmill to get my activity done early. As I had time, I headed to the Spa which made it three straight days. The recovery will come well ahead of the work week which I hope will be better than the previous month.
