It was a slow start to the day as I had an event to get to in the morning and I wanted to sleep a little longer instead of getting to the gym for a workout. I was out early from the event which gave me time to get an errand or two done before heading home and wrapping up some work. Work remains slow so I was able to get to the treadmill after I wrapped up my emails. Did an hour on the treadmill at a slow pace to get activity.
From there I went to the mat to do my core training and stretches which effectively ended my strength training program. I now go into some Deload over the next week which has me watching my diet carefully. I will make sure I hit all the muscle groups but looking forward to my measurements and metrics after it is all done. I feel that things are progressing but not seeing it but looks can be deceiving and I am trusting the process.
