AMRAP 20 Max Mts Run Rules: 1.- partner will run the maximum possible meters while the other waits in Wall Hollow Squat or in FLR 2.- If partner 1 who is doing his posture breaks or starts to do it wrong, he must stand up and wait for partner 2 who runs, every second that passes since partner breaks his posture is equivalent to a synchronized burpee when returning the partner 2; example: if 10 seconds pass since c1 breaks its position to which c2 returns, it will have to do 10 burpees synch and make another attempt and thus accumulate repetitions 2.- In theory each partner has ten minutes to search for the maximum possible meters but they can intersperse their attempts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-hKuAfWNUw
