walking in the park. daily activities
Dear Friends,
Today evening, I went to the park to do some walking exercises. It was just a leisurely walk because I just recovered from the flue. I found that I gained much weight during the flue; I think it is becasue I didn't have much physical activity during that. I walked 2.53 km distance in the park. It was a beautiful evening with no rain.
In the morning, I sun bathed in front of the house because it was sunning. Then, I did house chores - sweeping and cleaning the entrance road to the house. Then, I continued working on my Drupal web site. It was not as easy as I expected but I decided to do it to get a functioning web site.
Those are some of the activities for today.
