A fun and relaxing walk (Eng/Esp)

Walking and walking around the city has become one of my favorite pastimes, especially to combat sedentary lifestyles and adopt a healthier lifestyle. On this occasion, I had to finish some paperwork at the Hipergalerías Traki Shopping Center, so after finishing what was pending, I went for a walk around the place.  I took refuge in that refreshing environment that grants an integral air conditioning, which is quite pleasant in contrast to the sweltering heat that was doing in the street. The temperature was over 38 degrees, which I confirmed when I was on my way and noticed that my clothes were very sweaty and the back of my neck was soaked, even though I was in the shade.  I like to visit this mall because there are many places to sit and rest for a while, seats strategically arranged so that the visitor can be alone or accompanied. The different levels also make it interesting, there are many active stores where you can appreciate new merchandise and, of course, attractive offers and payment methods. As for the Food Fair, which is on the top level, it offers a great view of the city. There they sell dishes to please all tastes. This area is very large, so in spite of its permanent activity, it does not feel crowded because everyone is in his or her own place, without hindering the movement of others.  It is always a pleasure to visit this mall, it is like an escape valve to the drastic climate change that occurs in the city. When the temperature rises outrageously, they say here that an earthquake is likely to occur, you should take precautions and try as much as possible that this suffocating sensation does not ruin the daily life. In my case, when there is a blackout, I come here for a while and reverse the discomfort of facing a heat wave without electricity.

Caminar y recorrer la ciudad se ha convertido en unos de mis pasatiempos favoritos, sobre todo, para combatir el sedentarismo y adoptar una vida más saludable. En esta ocasión, me correspondía finalizar unos trámites en el Centro Comercial Hipergalerías Traki, así que después de terminar con lo pendiente, me dispuse a dar un paseo por el lugar.  Me refugié en ese ambiente refrescante que concede un aire acondicionado integral, el cual es bastante agradable en contraste con el calor sofocante que estaba haciendo en la calle. La temperatura era superior a 38 grados, lo que confirmé cuando venía en camino y advertí mi ropa muy sudada y la zona de la nuca empapada, y eso que estaba bajo la sombra.  Me gusta visitar este Centro Comercial porque hay muchos lugares donde sentarse a descansar un rato, asientos dispuestos de forma estratégica para que el visitante pueda estar solo o acompañado. Los diferentes niveles también lo hacen interesante, hay muchas tiendas activas donde se aprecia nueva mercancía y, por supuesto, atractivas ofertas y formas de pago. En cuanto a la Feria de comida, que queda en el último nivel, nos ofrece una vista grandiosa de la ciudad. Allí se venden platillos para complacer todos los gustos. Esta zona es muy amplia, así que a pesar de su permanente actividad, no se siente atestada de personas porque cada quien está en su parcela, son entorpecer el transitar de los demás.  Siempre es grato recorrer este Centro Comercial, es como una válvula de escape al drástico cambio climático que se produce en la ciudad. Cuando la temperatura se eleva de forma escandalosa, por acá dicen que es probable que ocurra un terremoto, se debe tomar precaución y tratar en lo posible de que esa sensación asfixiante no arruine la cotidianidad. En mi caso, cuando se presenta un apagón, me vengo un rato para acá y revierto el malestar de afrontar una ola de calor sin energia eléctrica.
