It's time for ice cream (Eng/Esp)

Sometimes, we can feel that the daily routine absorbs us, so much so that we believe that time goes by without taking advantage of it. This feeling is often very frustrating, especially when we have an agenda of personal projects that does not move forward. Hence the importance of controlling those emotions that tend to be harmful to our body.  To counteract these unpleasant sensations, I was inclined to enjoy a creamy ice cream. **Sweet Station** opened its doors again to welcome me. There, the attentive saleswoman welcomed me with a smile, she knows exactly what I want. Although she doesn't know me on a personal level, she is able to decipher my tastes and pamper my palate.  He recommended me Swiss Cake with Oreo, delicious flavors to lift my spirits and pause the routine and overwhelm. The communion between me and my ice cream was perfect, for an instant I was happy, I felt like a child who does not think about responsibilities but about the joy of living. My mind was like a blank sheet of paper, I concentrated on the taste that I was allowing myself, the flavor is spectacular and even more when the portions were generous on the basket.  The pleasant atmosphere: air conditioning, relaxing music, a decor that resembles a candy world and of course the refrigerator displaying a wide variety of flavors, was the scenery I needed to escape from reality. Stopping to savor a delicious ice cream turned out to be my best therapy to combat stress. 

A veces, podemos sentir que lo cotidiano nos absorbe, tanto así que creemos que el tiempo transcurre sin aprovecharlo. Esa sensación suele ser muy frustrante, sobre todo cuando tenemos una agenda de proyectos personales que no avanza. De allí la importancia de controlar aquellas emociones que suelen ser perjudiciales para nuestro organismo.  A la hora de contrarrestar estas sensaciones desagradables me inclinó por disfrutar de un cremoso helado. **Dulce Estación** me abrió nuevamente sus puertas para recibirme. Allí la atenta vendedora me recibió con una sonrisa, sabe exactamente lo que quiero. Si bien no me conoce tanto a nivel personal, es capaz de descifrar mis gustos hasta consentir mi paladar.  Me recomendó Torta suiza con Oreo, sabores deliciosos para elevar el ánimo y pausar la rutina y el agobio. La comunión entre mi helado y yo fue perfecta, por un instante fui feliz, me sentí como una niña que no piensa en responsabilidades sino en la alegría de vivir. Mi mente se encontraba como una hoja en blanco, me concentré en el gusto que me estaba permitiendo, el sabor es espectacular y más cuando las porciones eran generosas sobre la barquilla.  El agradable ambiente: aire acondicionado, música relajante, un decorado que semeja un mundo de caramelo y por supuesto la nevera exhibidora con una gran variedad de sabores, era el escenario que necesitaba para evadirme de la realidad. Detenerme a saborear un delicioso helado resultó mi mejor terapia para combatir el estrés.
