Puzzle; a new fun activity (Eng/Esp)

Alma is a very energetic little girl, she loves to jump and run around the house, but especially to be chased. In her innocence she thinks it's a game, she laughs and even giggles when I go after her. I let her have fun for a while, however, "her game" becomes dangerous at times because she is still prone to trip and fall, which is more painful for me as a mother. I try to give her some freedom to explore, but in a safe way, without risking or compromising her integrity or my emotional health 😂.  To drain that energy, we came up with a very entertaining activity with her large foami puzzles, both letter and shape puzzles. As she can already put them together on the floor, even the more complicated ones, I indicate a letter or a color for her to identify and organize them forming a mattress for her to jump and play on. His level of concentration and determination is impressive, he stays there as if he were solving a mathematical equation. But he accomplishes the mission to everyone's delight.  Once she has armed the different strips she stands next to them and waits for me to tell her where to jump, so I can say "X" (and she crosses her index fingers 😂), "B", "K", "A", "Oso", "Chupeta", "Caramelo"... and she places both feet on the corresponding piece, this dynamic has been profitable, because she does not identify letters and everyday objects but she learns to pronounce them. She sometimes tries to babble some simple sentences as for example: "I love Pepe" 😂, this was recorded very quickly given the affection she has for this parrot (A character from Zeno's Farm). For her all parrots, macaws and toucans are called Pepe.  She likes this activity so much that she asks to repeat it again and again, we advance at her pace, which I think is great. I continue to live my motherhood without pressure, one day at a time, learning with little Alma, who has become a teacher for me. I watch her and reflect on the cycle of life, also when I watch my mom playing with her. Alma's strength inspires me to continue and overcome every obstacle until I see her grow up and become independent.  The girl changed my life, every day is a new challenge with her. Now we are in the phase of giving up diapers and also breastfeeding before bed, so we do various physical activities, which also involve cognitive development, so that nighttime sleep is more pleasant.  

Alma es una niña con mucha energía, le encanta saltar y correr por toda la casa, pero sobre todo que la persigan. En su inocencia cree que eso es un juego, se ríe e incluso suelta alguna carcajada mientras voy detrás de ella. La dejo que se divierta un rato, sin embargo, "su juego" se torna peligroso en ocasiones porque todavía es proclive a tropezar y se cae, lo cual es más doloroso para mí como madre. Intento darle cierta libertad para que explore, pero de forma segura, sin arriesgar ni comprometer su integridad ni mi salud emocional 😂  Para drenar esa energía se nos ocurrió una actividad bastante entretenida con sus rompecabezas grandes de foami, tanto los de letras como los de figuras. Como ella ya puede armarlos en el suelo, incluso los más complicados, le indico una letra o un color para que lo identifique y organice formando un colchón para que salte y juegue. Es impresionante su nivel de concentración y determinación, allí se queda tal como si estuviera resolviendo una ecuación matemática. Pero logra la misión para alegría de todos.  Una vez que tiene armadas las diferentes franjas se para al lado y espera que le indique donde tiene que saltar, así puedo decir "X" (y cruza sus dedos índices 😂), "B", "K","A", "Oso", "Chupeta", "Caramelo"... y ella coloca ambos pies en la pieza correspondiente, esta dinámica ha sido provechosa, pues no identifica letras y objetos de la cotidianidad sino que aprende a pronunciarlos. Ella en ocasiones intenta balbucear algunas oraciones sencillas como por ejemplo: "Yo amo a Pepe" 😂, esto se le grabó muy rápido dado el cariño que le tiene a este loro (Un personaje de la Granja de Zenón). Para ella todos los loros, guacamayas y tucanes se llaman Pepe.  Le gusta tanto esta actividad que pide repetirla una y otra vez, avanzamos a su ritmo, lo cual me parece genial. Sigo viviendo mi maternidad sin presiones, un día a la vez, aprendiendo con la pequeña Alma, quien se ha convertido en una maestra para mí. La veo y reflexiono sobre el ciclo de la vida, también cuando observo a mi mamá jugando con ella. La fortaleza de Alma me inspira a continuar e ir superando cada obstáculo hasta verla crecer y ser independiente.  La niña cambió mi vida, cada día es un nuevo reto junto a ella. Ahora estamos en la fase de dejar los pañales y también la lactancia materna antes de dormir, por eso realizamos varias actividades físicas, que también involucren desarrollo cognitivo, para que el sueño nocturno sea más placentero.
